OMH Team Apparel for the 2010/2011 season!
We are pleased to present to the players, parents, coaches and managers of the Oshawa Minor Hockey Association (our Association) team jackets and track suits that will be our Association standard for this team apparel commencing this 2009/2010 season. Our “Team Apparel” has been revamped to give our Association a fresh new look:

We are also pleased to announce that Spirit Sportswear has been selected by our Association as the approved and only supplier of our Association Off-Ice Apparel listed above.
Our objective during the tendering process was to select a service provider that offered fresh thoughts and ideas, quality products at affordable prices and a service offering that would benefit the members of our Association.
The fitting/ordering process for the 2010/2011 will commence April 24th and run to May 31st to ensure delivery by September 2, 2010.
Midget team orders will be coordinated upon the conclusion of each tryout session this fall. Delivery of the Midget team apparel orders is expected to be three to four weeks from date of order.
We hope that you will be as pleased with both the fresh look and service.

Collection of personal information pertaining to the use of ice time at our arenas
Notice of Intent – For all online and in person registrations. The personal information is being collected by the City of Oshawa for the sole purposes of allocating ice time to organizations and individuals in accordance with the City?s Ice Allocation Policy, City of Oshawa Bylaw 13-2003, General Fees and Charges and pursuant to section 11(2) of Municipal Act, 2001 as amended. All information shall be kept in strict confidence and not used for any other purpose. Once collected, the information will be used only for this allocation purpose, retained and disposed of in accordance with the City?s Records Retention By-law and provincial law. By providing this information during registration, participants or their parents/guardians are authorizing the disclosure of personal information to the City, specifically the following information about the participant: Surname, Parent/guardian’s surname if different, Year of birth, Parts of their address: street name, city/town, postal code, Telephone number of participant or of their parent/guardian
