Submitted By Development on Sat 03 17, 18
Oshawa MHA is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Bercuson as our Technical Director for the 2018-19 season.

Richard has been our Lead Mentor for the past 2 seasons and brings with him valuable experience and knowledge that will benefit Oshawa MHA. This will allow us to have a structured approach that will focus our full efforts on the development of our players and coaches.

Some of our focus areas will be :

  • Design and develop on/off ice programs that reflect Hockey Canada/LTPD guidelines and meet short and long term needs of Oshawa players

  • Establishment of Tyke development program to reflect Hockey Canada Modified Ice requirements.

  • Organize and plan player development content including delivery by special technical personnel or groups

  • Further develop our Coach Mentor program.

We look forward to a successful season with the strong leadership of Richard.
