Scholastic Achievement Minor Midget to Midget
“Army” Armstrong was an OMHA & OHA Referee. He served as President of Oshawa MHA from 1943 to 1945. This Award recognizes outstanding ability in combining Education and Hockey at the Secondary Level.
Each Team nominates two players per team to be recognized for the Oshawa Minor Hockey Scholastic Award. Each of the nominees receives a plaque. From these nominees, the Awards Committee will select the Overall winner.
