Congratulations to the Oshawa Minor Generals Atom AE team on a successful weekend in Montreal bringing home the silver medal at the Can/Am Montreal Youth Challenge Cup!
In addition to the boys winning silver, they also competed in the Skills Challenge where Xavier Tough and Aidan Harrison won the shoot-out and Jesse Morden, Ethyn Davies-Wright, Riley Davies and Kosta Tsatsos won the relay race. It was a very exciting event with all the boys cheering on their teammates for support. A big shout out goes to Aidan Harrison who won the essay writing contest!
Although the boys did not bring home the gold, they played their hearts out and gave everything they had. I think it is safe to say that these boys had a very memorable weekend and went home winners!
The coaching staff would like to thank all families and players for their support over the weekend and for making this such a great weekend!
