Frankie Streef scored twice, including a beauty shorthanded goal, and Cameron Davies added a pair as the Gens opened the Lakeshore Playoff Round with a strong 4-1 win over the Warriors. Streef opened the scoring on the power play midway through the first before the Warriors drew even. Davies tallied the eventual game winner on the power play late in the 1st frame. After a scoreless second, Streef walked through 2 Warrior defenders while playing 3-on-5 early in the 3rd and fired home the first insurance marker. Davies tallied the 4-1 goal midway through the 3rd to complete the scoring. Jayden Bryan made 22 saves for the victory.
