I would like to thank all of the families from the Atom AA team that
contributed to provide a donation to the Bradimore Family. For those that
don't know, Jack Bradimore is 10 year old boy who plays goalie for
Northumberland. Jack has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and will be
spending the next 5 -6 months at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.
Many of the drugs and treatments for Jack are not covered by insurance, therefore the family was in need of some major assistance from the community. It was no surprise to me, given such an amazing group of families on this team, that when I suggested we do a collection to help the family out, so many of you stepped up and we managed to donate nearly $1000 to the Bradimore family. This is amazing!!
That's what I love about the hockey community...we stick together and support one another, regardless of where we live.
Thank you again to everyone who contributed. It really is a privilege to be associated with such an amazing group of people.
