Central Ontario Wolves 1 at Oshawa Generals 5
The Gens handed the Wolves their first loss of the season with a solid 5-1 victory on Tuesday evening.

The Gens came out with their most dominant effort to date, allowing the opening goal, and then pumping 40 shots on and 5 goals by the Central Ontario netminders for their second win of the season.  C Peterson lead the way with a 3 point night, while P Couvillon scored another 2 goals, and M Hutchings and J Beaveridge added 2 points each.

After the Wolves opened the scoring on a dazzling individual effort, Hutchings evened things up just 32 seconds later tucking home a faceoff play from Peterson and Beaveridge.  Before the end of the first, Couvillon tallied his first of the night from L Pye and L Tubiszewski to give the Gens a lead they would not relinquish.

Early in the 2nd, Peterson put the Gens up 3-1, from Hutchings and Beaveridge, before N Lenix buried a nice centering feed from E Blouin on the power play, with R Kowalenko also drawing an assist.

Couvillon added the dagger late in the 3rd, firing home a slick feed from Peterson and E Lepage.

N Hardy was solid in net, making 22 saves for his 2nd win of the season.
