Game 11 Oshawa vs Belleville 3-1 Loss
Oshawa hit the road to head down the 401 to Belleville. This was the toughest regular season match yet, as Belleville has been string out of the gate with a 9-0 record coming into the game today. The boys were in for a dog fight.
The boys were playing a new system, and they were executing it well. Belleville got on the board int he 1st period jumping out to a 1-0 lead. 2nd period Belleville got another quick goal early int he period. Oshawa bounced back with a power play goal from Emmett Elstob making it 2-1. Belleville would carry it home from there winning it 3-1 with a late goal. Oshawa had them scrambling and executing the new system well. Ben Knowles came up huge for the team in net during this one, by stopping all kinds of shots doing his part to give his team a chance. Very well played game Oshawa heads home keeping their heads held high as they did not role over against this team that seems to be running away with the loop proving that they are a different team this year.
