Technical Director Resignation
Submitted By Derek Hodgson on Sun 11 10, 19
The Board of Directors for the Oshawa Minor Hockey Association regrets to announce that due to unreconcilable differences it has accepted Richard Bercuson's resignation as Technical Director.

Richard was appointed as the Association's first Technical Director in September 2018 as part of a plan to improve the Rep hockey experience in Oshawa. With Richard's guidance, the Association has taken considerable steps forward and the Board wishes to thank Richard for his hard work and dedication to the program.

While the search for the next Technical Director will begin in earnest, the Development Committee will ensure that the program improvements introduced during Richard's tenure will continue and that further enhancements will be considered and implemented as necessary with a view to ensuring that Oshawa's players and coaches receive the support, development and gratifying experience they all deserve. If you are interested in taking on the challenging but rewarding work of being the next Technical Director and helping the Oshawa Hockey continue to improve and progress, please forward your expression of interest and resume to the attention of President, Adrian Vanhemmen

On behalf of all members of Oshawa Minor Hockey, the Board of Directors thanks Richard for his work and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
