Please fill out this form if you are requesting permission to participate in an Exhibition Game. Email notification to Oshawa Minor Hockey will automatically occur.

  1. Request for the permission must be completed prior to participating in an Exhibition Game.  Oshawa MHA will review and place on your team calendar if approved.
     

    Within the OHF Branch:   The Oshawa Minor Hockey Centre Contact must obtain permission from their OMHA Regional Executive Member.
    Outside the OHF Branch:   The Oshawa Minor Hockey Centre Contact must obtain permission from OMHA Executive Director in addition to notifying the OMHA Regional Executive Member.  (Exception is a border town: example Windsor and Detroit, Fort Erie and Buffalo, they are considered bound by ‘Within the OHF Branch’). All exhibition games outside the OHF Branch requires a $10 per game or maximum $300 per association.

    The OHF Branch operates within a structure that is comprised of seven Member Partners: Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario (ALLIANCE), Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL), Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA), Ontario Hockey Association (OHA), Ontario Hockey League (OHL),Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), and Ontario Women’s Hockey Association (OWHA).
