5000 Puck Challenge - starts tomorrow (Sunday Sept. 14)

Oshawa Minor Hockey players - get ready to start the 5000 Puck Challenge.  The Oshawa MHA Development group is challenging all players and teams to participate.

The challenge begins on Sunday September 14.

The Goal: Increase shot speed, quickness and accuracy.
The Plan: Shoot 5000 pucks in 10 weeks. That’s 100 shots a day / 5 days a week for 10 weeks!

Here is the OMHA Youtube channel for demonstrations of each type of shot (Channel).  It is very important that you watch the technique before starting the challenge.  Quality is much better than quantity.

Make sure you provide us your progress every day and we will publish the leaders on the Oshawa Minor Hockey website.  Here is a link to the Submission Form.  It is also recommended that you print the OMHA 1-pager for reference.
