Game 6 Quinte West vs Oshawa 7-4 loss
Start of a 3 game home stand for the boys. They were ready to go. All fired up and hoping to pull the victory out.
The game started off with Quinte getting on the board 1st with a power play goal. Then Oshawa came back putting 2 in the net by Tate and Roman. Oshawa was off leading 2-1 after 1.
Oshawa continued to pour on the pressure at the start of the 2nd period with 2 more goals by Logan and Bruce. Oshawa was rolling. The boys started to get away from the game strategy, which opened the door for Quinte. 3 straight goals for them and suddenly we were tied up at 4 going into the 3rd period.
Quinte continued to roll with the momentum and got 3 more to seal the deal in the 3rd.
This was a tough loss, boys were on fire, rolling with the dump and chase, using their speed and creating lots of chances off the rushes, then things started to unravel.
Night off for the boys to do some trick or treating and then come back on Nov. 1 against North Durham. Better days ahead boys.
