Donald Legree Award
Outstanding Player - Bantam & Midget (A & AE)
Don Legree served in various capacities in the LNHL for more then 20 years, Secretary for 13 years, Peewee Team Manager for 18 years, and many years as co-convenor of the Oshawa LNHL Peewee Tournament. Don received the CAHA Award for distinguished service, LNHL Executive of the Year two times, Life Member in Oshawa MHA.
He retired as a Manager in 1987, but carried on volunteering for the LNHL & Oshawa MHA until 1993. This Award began in 1993, with AE added in 2006.
