ETS Training/Nutrition Seminar

The coaching staff would like to invite all players and at least one parent to attend a Training/Nutrition orientation at ETS. This is a perfect opportunity for the boys and parents to get together and be advised on what is required physically to compete at the next level. Elite Training Systems is located at Iroquois Park over top of pad 5. This is an off ice training facility for athletes. In the upcoming season the team will be attending an off ice training facility as part of Oshawa Minor Hockey's development program. The off-ice training during the hockey season will be mandatory, so this orientation session will give the boys an idea of what type of off ice training hockey players do to keep at the top of their game. Our goal is to help educate the players about what is available to help them stay competitive and reach their maximum potential. There are a few players that have already attended ETS last year and are returning this year. We would still like to have them attend the orientation to show their support.

Cost : $20 (payable to Mark Wells)
