The Gens responded to a tough game 1 loss by bringing home game 2 to tie the series. I McKay opened the scoring early in the second period, but the Wildcats scored two quick goals to take back the lead. C Martin tied the game before the intermission, and A Cook-Thompson buried the eventual game winner early in the 3rd period as the Gens held on with J Bryan's 22 save effort and some stingy defence - only giving up 2 shots in the 3rd period. C Lucifora added 2 assists, while C Martin, I McKay, O Dimanno and C Davies each had single helpers.
