It was an amazing weekend of hockey filled with incredible teamwork, sportsmanship and tough competition! The tournament started Friday with two wins over the Mississauga Jets and Stouffville Clippers, Saturday a tie with the Duffield Devils and a loss to the Aurora Tigers. Advancing to the semi’s on Sunday morning, Oshawa beat the Richmond Hill Stars 3-2 to advance to the finals against the Leaside Flames. The final game was very competitive with both teams putting everything they had into it, Oshawa pulled off the victory with a 3-2 win!
