Midget AAA get needed help
Good Start to the new year.....
As we start the new year the Generals Midget AAA team just can't seem to lose the injury bug this season!
Its has been a very tough go for the past couple months to say the least with players in and out of the line up. Still down 5 key players but we continue to work and push forward. Very proud of the boys for continuing to work and push through this no matter what.
With that being said, it has been a good start to the new year going 2-1-1 in our past 4 starts, with all 3 lines contributing. Roberts came close to his first hat trick notching 2 last night in the 5-3 win over Clarington. Simon-Serroul got the monkey off his back last night and D man Rumolo notched his first goal of the season, VS YSE. Rae and Smitty have dominated in the face-off circle and Lenkorn was great in the pipes shutting down Clarington and giving his team a chance to win.
Tough game coming up this Sunday VS. Ajax, one of the top teams in the league.
